(GMM 480 Five-Axis CNC Stone Machine: A sophisticated 5-axis Italian stone CNC capable of
intricate engraving and 3D sculpting. This machine can create detailed three-dimensional stone sculptures, carve decorative wall panels, and precision-cut countertops and vanities from materials like granite, quartz, quartzite, solid surface, porcelain, and travertine. It reads custom CAD designs and brings them to life in stone with unmatched accuracy.

Two Coach stone fabrication machines (made in Argentina) handle heavy-duty cutting for countertops and outdoor stone features. They are ideal for large countertop runs, outdoor kitchen stone components, and bathroom stone fabrication. In addition, we have one Coach straight-edge stone polishing machine dedicated to finishing edges on slabs, ensuring a smooth, glossy finish on countertops and panels.

A precision router specifically for stonework, used for cutting sink openings, routing custom shapes, and polishing the finer details of stone countertops. This machine allows us to achieve perfect cut-outs for sinks and fixtures and engrave designs or drain grooves with ease, all with a polished finish in the same setup.

Three AJ360 free-standing articulating jib cranes with 360° rotation are installed on our shop floor. These electric cranes safely lift and maneuver heavy stone slabs and large wood panels, making material handling efficient and reducing the risk of damage or injury. The ability to rotate and position materials precisely under the machines aids in seamless production flow.

In our millwork section, we utilize two high-speed CNC wood cutting machines for precision cutting of cabinet components and custom wood parts. These CNC routers cut wood panels to exact dimensions and complex shapes, ensuring consistency and minimizing waste. Complex joinery or decorative patterns can be cut with computer-guided exactness, allowing for creative designs in cabinetry.

We operate a Biesse panel saw (computer-controlled) for fast and accurate panel sizing. This saw can quickly cut large boards and plywood sheets into cabinet parts with millimeter accuracy, essential for keeping up with our kitchen-per-week production volume. After cutting, our two Holzher edge banding machines apply edge banding to cabinet pieces. The edgebanders apply a clean, durable finish to raw edges of plywood or MDF, whether it’s a thin laminate strip or real wood veneer, resulting in polished, furniture-quality cabinet parts.   

To power our pneumatic tools and ensure machine longevity, we have two 25-horsepower Kaeser rotary screw air compressors. These industrial compressors provide consistent air supply for drills, sanders, and for the pneumatic clamps and actuators on our CNC machines, all critical for uninterrupted production
